AIT administrators, like everyone else affiliated with AIT, are exclusively interested in training and preparing the next generation of researchers and scientists. Three quarters of our administrators are AIT PhD’s, in fields ranging from Computational Linguistics to Datasphere Topology; they have chosen administration over lab work because of a deep-seated belief in the importance of maintaining the superb standards AIT has set over the past century and more. Many of our administrators maintain a teaching load, since unlike many universities AIT understands that the educational dynamic must inform the goals and actions of the administration.
